Burlingame Single-Family Market Report

Single-family homes in the City of Burlingame only, reported monthly, with the source, date, geography, and method on every figure.

First report

Monthly single-family report

The first monthly Burlingame single-family report will be published here after the initial MLS data pull. Every figure will carry its source, date, geography, and method, and nothing will be estimated. For a current value on a specific home, ask Thomas for a comparable-sales analysis.

Burlingame home values

Burlingame’s single-family sales are few each month and vary widely by neighborhood and lot, so a single monthly median can swing substantially. Read trailing three-month figures alongside monthly ones, and use a property-specific comparable-sales analysis for any individual house.

What each report includes

  • Active, new, pending, and closed single-family sales
  • Median and average sale price
  • Median price per square foot
  • Median days on market and sale-to-list ratio
  • Months of inventory
  • Sales by price band, with month-over-month and year-over-year changes
